Consultancy: Service Vouchers

Perceler Consultancy utilizes a voucher system that reduces the administrative efforts and the lead times for software service interventions; each voucher typically represents one hour of pre-paid service (however the first hour on-site requires at least two vouchers, depending on travel distance).

There are two ways to acquire vouchers:

Sometimes service vouchers are included in our consultancy and development offers.
Vouchers can be acquired in advance in case (more) interventions are likely to be required.

Vouchers are not refundable and not transferable; they remain valid up to three years after they have been issued.
